Trabajadores de Bachilleres llegan a acuerdo parcial con autoridades
Chetumal.- Luego de una protesta realizada ayer afuera del Teatro Constituyentes del 74, donde se encontraba el gobernador del estado, personal de confianza y directivos de Bachilleres lograron un acuerdo parcial para rescatar el pago del concepto 41 que corresponde a un pago bimestral.
Así lo dio a conocer Manuel Cetina, director del Colegio Bachilleres 2 de Chetumal, quien dijo que solo se pudo lograr llegar a este acuerdo, con el que cierran las manifestaciones contra la actual administración, para entrar a nueva fase de negociaciones que iniciarán con quien resulte ganador en los próximos comicios.
De acuerdo con esto último, Cetina precisó que tomaron la determinación de presentar un pliego petitorio, que deberá ser ratificado por la siguiente administración, y en la que estarán al menos puntos aún sin resolver, como los pagos por los conceptos de bono de productividad, primas de antigüedad y vacacional, así como algunos porcentajes de aguinaldo.
Sobre lo ocurrido ayer, Manuel Cetina informó que los trabajadores de confianza y directivos recibirán a partir del 15 de junio el pago de los bonos del día de la madre, día del padre, trabajador de la educación, entre otros.
Sin embargo, reiteró, “el pago de la prima vacacional implica mayor cantidad de recursos por lo que tendremos que negociarlo con la próxima administración estatal”.
En ese sentido, el representante consideró que ya no podrán recuperar más percepciones, aunque seguirán con “la lucha de nuestros derechos”.
Por otro lado, al referirse a la actual titular de la Secretaría de Educación, consideró, al respecto de su destitución, que analizarán el tema con los integrantes del consejo consultivo, una vez terminada la actual administración.
Sobre su labor, agregó que desde un inicio marcó su distancia con los trabajadores de la educación, y especialmente con los de Bachilleres.
“Pensamos que al llegar a la secretaría haría un buen trabajo, bueno y eficiente, pero nos equivocamos”, aseveró.
Finalmente, informó que de común acuerdo, a partir de hoy, cada trabajador reanudó sus labores en sus respectivos centros de trabajo.
